I tend to bring the racket to me back, stop it there, then throw my arm forward. It generates power, but it feels horribly awkward and I more often than not can't control it. Funny thing is I have no problems with continuity in my backhand.How can I create a well-controlled continuous swing path for forehand? I've tried creating a larger loop in my swing path but I still sometimes feel uncomfortable.
